		<description>With all the stimulus pumped in over the past year (about $4 trillion in China alone), I&#039;d take growth forcasts with a pinch of salt. They are effectively artificial now. They may lead to real growth in 2011 and beyond, but I don&#039;t think 2010 contains real usable data.

The ECB recently suggested it would begin unwinding it quantitive easing package. When this completes, and when other constituencies join in, then we will know the situation we are in.</description>
